How many messages can one account send?
As many as the account can handle: you set a per-account limit and a trust threshold below which the account isn't used for the campaign.

No, we never message the same person twice.
Will my accounts get banned?
Nobody can guarantee "no bans" — Telegram makes that call. Braidix lowers the risk: pauses between actions, per-account limits, rest for overheated accounts and a proxy for each account.
