1. Data we collect

1.1. Collected automatically: - IP address, approximate location (country/city), device type, browser language; - Cookies and local storage data; - Site interaction history, pages and actions; - Technical logs: API calls, errors, security events.

1.2. Data you provide: - E-mail address, Telegram ID, and optionally a phone number; - Credentials and access parameters for the Telegram accounts you voluntarily connect to the Service (see Section 3); - Payment information: payment method, amounts, statuses and transaction identifiers (we do not receive or store full card numbers or CVC — see Section 4); - The content of support requests.

We do not collect special categories of data (health, religion, political views, etc.) and ask you not to submit them through the Service.

3. Telegram account data

The Service is a platform for managing and automating messaging accounts and workflows. To make it work, you voluntarily connect your own Telegram accounts (authorization sessions/tokens).

You understand and agree that: - you only connect accounts you are entitled to control; - sessions and authorization keys are stored encrypted (symmetric encryption, with the master key held in a secure server-side keystore); we do not log or store keys in plaintext; - you may disconnect an account and request deletion of its associated data at any time; - you are solely responsible for complying with Telegram's rules and applicable law when using connected accounts; - the Service cannot guarantee continued access to third-party accounts, as restrictions on Telegram's side are outside our control.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed by third-party licensed payment providers;
• we do not receive or store full card numbers or CVC codes — these are entered directly with the payment provider;
• we retain only the information needed for accounting: payment method, amounts, currency, status and transaction ID, and subscription status.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to: - maintain your authenticated session and login security; - remember interface preferences; - protect forms from bots; - collect anonymized usage statistics to improve the product.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some site features (login in particular) may stop working.

• payment and accounting records are kept for as long as applicable law requires;
• technical logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.

• encryption of sensitive data (including sessions and authorization keys);
• least-privilege access controls;
• secure transport (TLS/HTTPS);
• monitoring and protection against unauthorized access.

No system is 100% secure, but we apply measures proportionate to the risks.

Depending on your jurisdiction (in particular under GDPR), you have the right to: - access your data and obtain a copy; - rectify inaccurate data; - erase your data ("right to be forgotten"); - restrict or object to processing; - data portability; - withdraw previously given consent at any time; - lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
