These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Service — the website, software, API and related services. By registering for and/or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, agree to, and will comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Registration and access

2.1. Use of the Service requires registration, and paid features require an active subscription. 2.2. The Service may only be used by persons aged 18 or older. 2.3. The User agrees to provide accurate information and to keep passwords, tokens and access sessions confidential. 2.4. Actions performed through a connected account are carried out on the User's behalf, and the User is responsible for them.

3. Acceptable use

3.1. The User agrees to use the Service only lawfully and in compliance with applicable law. 3.2. The User is solely responsible for complying with the rules and terms of third-party platforms (including Telegram) when using connected accounts, and understands that such rules are outside the Service's control. 3.3. It is prohibited to use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement of third-party rights, distribution of malware, or any actions that harm others. 3.4. The User only connects accounts they are entitled to control.

4. Payment, subscription and auto-renewal

4.1. The Service is provided on a subscription (SaaS) basis. Prices, plans and billing periods are shown on the website. 4.2. Payments are processed by third-party licensed payment providers. The Service does not receive or store full card numbers or CVC codes. 4.3. If an auto-renewing plan is selected, the subscription renews automatically for each subsequent period, and the corresponding amount is charged to the linked payment method, until the User cancels renewal. 4.4. The User may cancel auto-renewal at any time in their account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; access remains until the end of the paid period. 4.5. Refund terms are described in Section 5 and in the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Refunds and cancellation

5.1. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers). You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. By starting to use paid features before that period ends, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the part of the service already provided. 5.2. Technical failure attributable to us. If the Service is fully unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a technical cause attributable to us, you may request a pro-rata refund or an extension of your subscription for the downtime. 5.3. No refund is provided for the blocking or restriction of a connected account by Telegram, for data loss resulting from the User's actions, or for the User's breach of these Terms. 5.4. 6. Intellectual property

6.1. All rights to the Service, its code, design and the Administration's materials belong to the Administration. 6.2. The User is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service under their subscription. Copying, modifying, decompiling or reselling the Service without written permission is prohibited. 6.3. Content the User uploads or creates using the Service remains the User's property. The User grants the Service a technical license to process it as needed to provide the Services. 6.4. By sending us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them to improve the Service without any compensation obligation.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

7.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, except warranties expressly required by applicable law. 7.2. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms or continued access to connected accounts, as these are beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the loss of accounts, channels, contacts or reputation. 8.2. The Service's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the subscription in the preceding 3 months. 8.3. This section does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify the Service for reasonable losses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from: (a) third-party claims related to the User's use of the Service; (b) the User's breach of these Terms; (c) the User's infringement of third-party rights or applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

10.1. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms, non-payment, or a reasonable suspicion of unlawful use. 10.2. The User may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling the subscription and/or deleting their account. 10.3. If access is terminated due to the User's fault, amounts paid for an already-started period are non-refundable, unless Section 5 provides otherwise.

11. Changes to the Terms

11.1. We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in advance on the website and/or via the contacts you provided. 11.2. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new version. The current version is always published on the website.

12. Governing law and disputes

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. 12.2. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts at the operator's location, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise. 12.3. EU/EEA consumers retain the mandatory protections afforded by the law of their country of residence, regardless of the chosen governing law.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. 13.2. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
